It is always nice to be asked and the lovely, gardeny folk at Vinca Garden Supplies asked if they could write a piece for their blog about my path from working in IT to therapeutic horticulture. So of course I said “Yes” particularly as I am always on the look out to introduce the wellbeing benefits of garden, whether at home or in a supported programme, to a wider audience.

I always thought that Tech to Gardening was a natural career progression, at least until other people looked puzzled!  What I, like many career changers, brought with me were the soft skills, communication and the ability to explain.  Read the full article HERE and why not take a look at some of the other interesting gardeners that they profile.
